The first and absolutely the most substantial merit of keeping the experienced staffs at work is that they could transfer their knowledge to the younger newcomers at work. Many individuals at the Human Resource Department worldwide ask their experience personnel to hold training session in order to better Prepare there for the careers. In addition to training the less-experienced workers, the people at the age 50 could be promoted to high-ranking management posts as they can efficiently help earn more money. They can cause an organization to be more successful and after all win the competition in the marketplace. By having a succinct glance over the above-mentioned issue, anyone could simply conclude that the workers should not be retired at age 55. High ranking managers and administers are highly recommended to revise and review the retirement plans in order to better take advantage of the elder stuff.
